The new Civic Mugen Si is an athletic sedan being built on the Formula sport car concept for sports car enthusiasts. Co-developed by Honda and Mugen, Civic Mugen Si adds the hard-line dimension of performance to the outstanding styling of Civic Si Sedan. It sports an aggressive, well-engineered body style.

The Civic Mugen Si Sedan resembles a race car with its sports aerodynamic body styling and unique standard features such as Twin-Ring Motegi track-tuned suspension, "Cat-back" high-performance exhaust system, lightweight 18-inch forged aluminum wheels, high-grip summer tires, front spoiler and sports grille, highly aggressive spring and damper tuning, adjustable designed rear wing, side spoilers and rear diffuser.

The track-tuned suspension lowers the vehicle by 15 mm with highly aggressive spring and damper tuning for enhanced handling performance. Honda plans to produce only 1,000 Civic Si Mugen models.
